By accessing or using the Woolix dashboard (the Service), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

You sign in with your email address using a one-time code; no password is stored. You are responsible for keeping access to your email secure and for activity under your account.

A subscription grants access to features associated with your plan. Credits are a prepaid balance used for in-service features. Subscriptions and credits are tied to your linked Discord account.

Credit purchases are processed by our third-party payment provider, OxaPay, using cryptocurrency. Prices are shown before purchase and may change over time. We do not store your payment wallet details.

Credits are generally non-refundable once purchased or used, except where a refund is required by applicable law. Credits have no cash value and can be transferred only through features we provide.

You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to disrupt or reverse-engineer it, accessing accounts that are not yours, or using it in violation of applicable laws.

The Service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Woolix is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated. You may stop using the Service at any time.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
